Project Overview

Multifab Metals Engineering Ltd successfully completed the installation of a new plant deck structure to support air handling units (AHUs) at a busy shopping outlet. The project required precise planning, efficient delivery, and careful coordination to ensure minimal disruption to the public and surrounding retail operations.

Our Scope of Works

Over a six-week programme, Multifab was responsible for the full supply and installation of the new plant deck, including:

  • 46+ tonnes of structural steelwork

  • 290m² of open mesh flooring

  • 200+ metres of handrailing

The works were carried out predominantly overnight, allowing the shopping outlet to remain fully operational throughout the project.

Operating within a live retail environment required stringent health and safety management, logistical coordination, and noise control measures.
